Introduction
Welcome to Student Nurse Lounge (“SNL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any of our programs, purchasing a course, accessing our materials, or using our
website (www.studentnurselounge.com), you (“student,” “participant,” or “client”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully. It outlines your rights, responsibilities, and obligations when engaging with SNL products and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in or access any Student Nurse Lounge program.
Program Overview
Student Nurse Lounge provides educational content, live instruction, and digital products aimed at helping nursing students prepare for and pass the NCLEX examination. Our offerings include, but are not limited to: Guarantee Pass Package, Cram Courses, Self-paced modules, Webinars, and Accountability Coaching.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, slides, digital downloads, Q-banks, templates, and live sessions are the intellectual property of Student Nurse Lounge. You agree not to copy, share, or distribute any material without written permission.
Enrollment & Payment Terms
Payment or payment plan completion is required before access is granted. Missed payments may lead to suspension or termination of access. All access is personal and non-transferable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the Guarantee Pass Refund Policy. Digital products and services are non-refundable once accessed. Exceptions apply for documented emergencies within 7 days of purchase.
Guarantee Pass Requirements
To qualify for the Guarantee Pass Retake Benefit, the student must meet all course attendance, completion, and testing criteria as outlined in the policy.
Program Conduct
Respectful communication and professionalism are expected. Violation of conduct may result in termination without refund.
Technology & Access
Students are responsible for ensuring stable internet and device compatibility. SNL is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end.
Disclaimer of Results
Results vary by individual effort and study habits. No specific outcomes are guaranteed outside the Guarantee Pass criteria.
Limitation of Liability
SNL shall not be liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, or income loss. Services are provided “as-is.”
Termination of Enrollment
SNL reserves the right to terminate access for policy violations, missed payments, or inappropriate conduct.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Personal information is kept confidential and used solely for program purposes, following CCPA/GDPR principles.
Testimonials & Media Release
By enrolling, you grant SNL permission to use testimonials or likeness in marketing materials unless opted out in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Polk County, FL.
Modifications
SNL may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.

Guarantee Pass Package
Refund Policy
Overview
The Student Nurse Lounge Guarantee Pass Package is a premium educational
program designed to ensure nursing students achieve success on the NCLEX exam. This program includes personalized coaching, live sessions, video modules, accountability calls, and a Guarantee Pass commitment. Because this program provides immediate access to proprietary materials and live services, specific refund and guarantee terms apply.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital and service-based nature of the Guarantee Pass Package, refunds are only granted under the following conditions: Student has completed all required program components. Attended all three live NCLEX review sessions. Completed at least 2,000 NCLEX-style questions. Watched all video modules and completed workbook exercises. Attended all weekly accountability calls. Demonstrated at least 20% improvement in overall test scores. Received a “Green Light” from the instructor to test and tested within 60 days. Submitted official NCLEX test results showing an unsuccessful attempt.
If all criteria are met and the student does not pass the NCLEX on their first attempt, Student Nurse Lounge will continue support at no cost and pay for one NCLEX retake fee.
Non-Refundable Fees
All Guarantee Pass Package fees are non-refundable once access to course materials is granted or live sessions begin. This includes partial participation.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered for extraordinary circumstances such as documented medical emergencies or military deployment. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@studentnurselounge.com. A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
Payment Plans & Chargebacks
Students using payment plans are obligated to complete payments. Chargebacks or payment disputes without following this policy will result in immediate loss of access and possible legal recovery action.
Program Transfers
Students may transfer to a future cohort once, with a $100 transfer fee, if requested at least 7 days before the first live session.
Acknowledgement
By enrolling, the student acknowledges that they have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
